Notes: Port Isabel graduated 28 players from last year’s squad and returned only eight. But the traditional “Seawall” defense looked solid in an early scrimmage. However, only time will tell if it can withstand the test of a tough season. With RB’s Jaime Gonzalez and Stephen Martinez in the backfield the Tarpon faithful can rest assure they will see a heavy dose of a run-heavy offense.
