Brownsville Rivera senior receiver Devin Parker signed to play college football at McMurry University on Wednesday at Brownsville Rivera High School.
McMurry University is an NCAA Division III school located in Abilene.
Parker, who is also a member of the Raiders varsity baseball team, is a three-year letterman in football and was a key offensive contributor who used his size and speed on the outside for the Raiders.
